What you will do

• Generate actionable insights from complex and high-dimensional datasets including on-chain and social data.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to anticipate data needs and provide competitive information advantage.
• Develop trusted data models using dbt to measure feature and product initiative performance.
• Create compelling data visualizations to tell data-driven stories.
• Contribute to building out the data platform and enhance analytics with AI tools.
• Drive a data-driven culture by setting standards, optimizing processes, and managing analytics lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must have at least 5 years of full-time experience as data analyst, product analyst, or data scientist.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling tools such as dbt.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar.
• Demonstrable interest and experience in Web3 and blockchain technology, including on-chain data (EVM, SVM, UTXO).
• Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Background in descriptive and inferential statistics is desirable.
