What you will do

• Lead design and development efforts across multiple teams focusing on scalability.

• Advocate for reusable architecture to increase velocity across teams.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Mexico City, Mexico
• 2+ years managing software engineering teams and 8+ years engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with scalable backend or full-stack systems.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with backend technologies like Go, Java, or Python.
