What you will do

• Lead engineering direction and architecture improvements for complex cloud applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of fullstack developers with a focus on backend technologies.
• Develop and deliver new product features on the hirify.global 365 platform.
• Champion simplicity, performance, and reliability in cloud services.
• Collaborate across teams and support stakeholders.
• Balance team management, project management, and hands-on development.

Requirements

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal with hybrid work model
• English: B2 level or higher
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field.
• 7-8 years technical experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong backend experience, preferably with Python and Django.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and data security.
• Familiarity with microelectronics or engineering software.
