Senior Product Design Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Refine and update product strategy at the Accounting track level in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
• Shape and promote product design vision and culture across the company and externally.
• Represent design in executive forums and collaborate on strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 product design managers and oversee 15 product designers.
• Co-lead design committee activities including hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Collaborate closely with design leaders, cross-functional partners, and HR to grow and retain design talent.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Europe with a maximum of two hours difference from CET timezone.
• Proven experience working with C-level executives and executive committees.
• Strong strategic and design mindset with experience in complex product environments.
• Experience managing managers and mentoring design teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required (job posting in English).
