Salary: $161,500 - $218,500 per year

What you will do

• Own design across analytics dashboards, financial modeling workflows, and data platform tools to create simple and trustworthy experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders globally to enhance financial insights for professionals and business partners.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear, user-friendly designs balancing analytical depth and usability.
• Lead design direction and influence cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Mentor and elevate other designers within the team.
• Work effectively in a hybrid environment, leading both remote collaboration and in-person workshops.

Requirements

• Must be physically located in the NYC metro area and willing to work in office 2x a week
• 5+ years of experience in Product Design/UX with demonstrated leadership and ownership of complex product areas.
• Proven experience with analytics, data-heavy interfaces, or financial/enterprise B2B software.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in hybrid environments and leading in-person and remote sessions.
