Senior Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Lead design of a B2B platform dashboard and internal tools for card issuing and payment processing with an accent on complex financial workflows and user experience. Focus on designing scalable, intuitive interfaces for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders, driving product strategy and maintaining design standards.

Location: Hybrid in New York City with 3 days per week in-office (SoHo office)

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end dashboard experience including transaction monitoring, card and dispute management, reporting, and financial operations
• Drive product strategy through design partnership with Product and Engineering teams
• Deliver high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and maintain design quality throughout product lifecycle
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and reusable components
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to validate and refine designs
• Champion user needs through research and synthesis of insights

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of product design experience in technology companies
• B2B or SaaS product experience, preferably fintech or complex enterprise software
• Strong systems thinking and interaction design expertise
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and prototyping
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile environments
• English proficiency at least B2 (job posted in English)

Nice to have

• Experience with dashboards, analytics, fintech, and payments
• Familiarity with design systems, API-first products, and front-end development understanding
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
• Experience with internal tools and distributed teams
