What you will do
- Test AI-based conversational products.
- Monitor and improve quality assurance processes.
- Provide high-level data quality awareness across teams.
- Evaluate and identify enhancements in model accuracy.
- Prepare detailed testing feedback for AI model improvement.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manual & Automation Testing, Test Planning, and Execution.
- Experience in API testing and scripting languages like Python.
- Good understanding of Manual Testing concepts and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
