Lead Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Architect and develop full-stack applications using cross-platform technologies for desktop, web, and mobile.
• Lead solution design applying MVC, MVVM, Microservices, and Domain-Driven Design patterns.
• Drive development with modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services.
• Ensure secure software development practices including OAuth2, JWT, and OWASP standards.
• Oversee code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, DevOps, QA, and security teams to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work on-site in Oragadam, India.
• 10–15 years of professional software development experience with full-stack responsibilities.
• Proficiency in front-end (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end (Node.js, .NET Core, Spring Boot, Python) technologies.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like Flutter, React Native, Electron.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, Agile methodologies, and IoT technologies including MQTT.

Nice to have

• Certifications in cloud architecture, secure coding, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience with service mesh, API gateways, and edge computing.
• Contribution to open-source or community tech events.
