What you will do

• Manage lifecycle of network equipment and ISP services including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Develop and implement equipment refresh plans to modernize network infrastructure.
• Assess equipment performance and evaluate new technologies for best solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with IT teams including network engineering, operations, and security for integration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles for lifecycle management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Apodaca, Mexico
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in network engineering with lifecycle management focus.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with vendor management and ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
