What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, configure, and customize Teamcenter solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support architects in effort estimation, prototyping, and implementation delivery.
• Lead support activities, resolve complex issues, and ensure data integrity.
• Drive consistency in PLM processes including data migration, upgrades, and SAP integration.
• Mentor peers and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Oragadam, India
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Computer/IT, Electronics, or PLM Engineering.
• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Teamcenter UA, AWC development, and SAP integration.
• Strong domain knowledge in PLM modules such as CAD integration, Change Management, Document Management, and Manufacturing Process Planning.
• Technical proficiency in Java, C/C++, ITK, SOA, BMIDE, T4S, and web technologies (AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• English: Job posting in English, B2 level assumed
