What you will do

• Define and drive software architecture and enterprise capabilities including scalability, fault tolerance, extensibility, and maintainability.
• Design sophisticated software systems independently for high-end solutions.
• Collaborate with security, operations, and other organizations in a consultative manner.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers, QE, and product partners.
• Drive research, prototypes, and long-term design strategies across multiple projects.
• Communicate architectural vision and deliver technical presentations internally and externally.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, India
• 15+ years of software development experience with mastery of multiple programming languages and platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and full software lifecycle.
• Ability to lead complex projects and provide mentorship on architecture.
• Technical degree related to software engineering or similar field.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and influencing skills.
