What you will do

• Translate specifications and data sheets into reliable embedded software
• Capture and manage requirements using modern tools
• Design and implement drivers for real-time embedded systems
• Contribute to safety-critical software development
• Collaborate with international engineering teams across hirify.global
• Provide technical guidance to the team in India and ensure alignment with the Neumuenster team

Requirements

• Proven experience in embedded software development using C
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures (Cortex-M, TriCore) and interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C
• Practical debugging experience (JTAG, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers)
• Great communication skills and ability to align teams across geographies
• Experience in technical leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Fluency in English
