What you will do

• Support Murex Front office users globally across Trading, Risk, Back Office, and Regulatory/Compliance domains.
• Monitor and follow up on Murex production chain including end-of-day reporting and performance optimization.
• Analyze, investigate, and resolve production issues collaborating with vendor and Natixis IT Murex teams.
• Communicate production status regularly with Murex clients and ensure quality of service.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the support analyst team.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite in Porto, Portugal.
• Interest in financial markets and capacity to work in a team.
• Motivation to extend business knowledge and rigor in analysis and investigation phases.
• Nice to have: knowledge of financial market products and experience in front-office or back-office areas.

Nice to have

• Experience as business/support analyst in financial industry.
• Additional knowledge in trading, trade reporting, or trade booking systems.
