What you will do

• Collaborate with designers, QA engineers, and leadership to implement responsive, accessible, and performant frontend solutions.
• Build visually stunning, interactive experiences and landing pages that push creative boundaries.
• Implement dynamic animations and 3D effects using modern frontend technologies.
• Develop scalable, modular UI systems balancing flexibility and maintainability.
• Prototype and experiment with new techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve workflow and craft.
• Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and manage projects end-to-end.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Next.js, GSAP, Three.js, and Lottie.
• Strong understanding of performance, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design tools like Figma and transform designs into pixel-perfect implementations.
• Curiosity and openness to leveraging AI tools to speed up development.
• Independence and ownership in planning and executing projects efficiently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Sanity or other headless CMS platforms.
• Experience mentoring developers or guiding design-implementation standards.
