What you will do
- Define and execute long-term marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for new games and live services.
- Conduct market and consumer research to inform product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver marketing programs and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with analytics to build accountability through targets and experiments.
- Manage marketing campaign calendars, budgets, and asset deliveries.
- Partner with various stakeholders including product, UA, ASO, social, influencers, and PR teams.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work remotely with connection to San Francisco, California, United States.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in mobile, product, or brand marketing.
- 5+ years experience in the gaming industry, ideally mobile gaming.
- Experience with world-class IPs such as Star Wars, Marvel, Pokémon, etc.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in large organizations.
- Integrated marketing experience across paid, owned, and organic channels.
- Strong project management skills.
