What you will do

• Lead the team as quality gatekeeper for product features used by ~0.8B monthly active users.
• Design and develop fully automated system test suites for microservices.
• Create roadmaps to bring legacy Clojure codebases under test and improve test runtime.
• Build automated processes to generate system quality metrics like test coverage and regressions.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with management on team growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Pune, Maharashtra, India
• 7+ years of experience in writing automation test suites.
• Deep understanding of automation frameworks for microservices system testing.
• Experience with legacy code testing and automation suite maintenance.
• Knowledge of POSIX-compliant OS, CLI tools, unit, functional, and regression testing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of functional programming, especially Clojure.
• Experience with generative testing.
• Experience working with distributed version control tools like Git.
