What you will do

• Handle escalated network incidents within SLA and participate in problem management.
• Ensure network operations are reliable, secure, resilient, and scalable.
• Deliver network infrastructure projects on time.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and troubleshooting.
• Oversee network security measures and risk identification.
• Design, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, and related hardware.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Cinisello Balsamo, Italy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco, Dell, HP switches and routers, and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience with GlobalProtect VPN, IPsec VPN, and authentication integrations (LDAP, SAML, MFA).
• Proficiency in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palo Alto security profiles and high availability configurations.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure change management.
