What you will do

• Lead and mentor the graphic design team to cultivate a creative environment
• Define and shape hirify.global’s digital visual style with bold and fresh designs
• Collaborate closely with Creative Director, UI/UX teams, and external artists
• Develop design guidelines for motion and graphic design ensuring consistency
• Experiment with new tools and creative techniques to innovate digital presence

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years leading design teams with senior-level ownership and strategic vision
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1+ level)
• Ability to work onsite in Warsaw office 3 days per week
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Framer, and modern animation tools
• Strong leadership skills and a standout portfolio in digital and motion design
• Deep understanding of lifestyle and culture with trend-setting visual skills

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce or online brands
• Passion for using AI tools to enhance creativity and workflows
• Familiarity with design systems and managing them
