What you will do

• Create promotional visuals, banners, and marketing campaign materials through advanced photo manipulation and artistic retouching.
• Develop key visuals that communicate campaign concepts across different marketing channels.
• Build cohesive compositions combining photography, 3D renders, effects, and other visual elements.
• Apply lighting adjustments, color grading, atmosphere, and visual effects to refine creative assets.
• Integrate 3D renders into promotional creatives and adapt visuals for different formats and platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and motion teams while maintaining visual consistency and quality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, promo design, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio featuring promotional creatives, key visuals, and high-quality retouching.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills and practical experience with compositing and photo manipulation.
• Strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, visual storytelling, and 3D-render integration.
• Ability to create atmospheric, engaging, commercially effective visuals and refine them to a polished standard.
• Fluency in Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Experience creating performance marketing assets and understanding their impact on campaign performance.
• Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney or Stable Diffusion.
• Basic knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar 3D software.
• Understanding of marketing creatives, visual trends, and user attention patterns.
