What you will do

• Create high-impact promotional visuals and key visuals for campaigns, banners, and marketing creatives.
• Perform advanced photo manipulation, artistic retouching, color grading, and atmospheric lighting.
• Develop complex compositions by combining multiple elements into cohesive scenes.
• Integrate 3D renders seamlessly into promotional creatives.
• Collaborate with designers, 3D, and motion teams to deliver strong visual concepts based on briefs.
• Adapt creative assets for different formats and platforms while maintaining high detail.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative retouching, CG art, or promo design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing promotional creatives and key visuals.
• Experience working with 3D renders and compositing.
• Strong sense of composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in Russian is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance marketing.
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Midjourney and Stable Diffusion.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Understanding of user attention patterns in marketing creatives.
