What you will do

• Monitor and improve conversion funnels across geos and brands, focusing on registration to first-time deposit.
• Ensure correct casino listings with accurate bonuses, licensing, and localization per country.
• Analyze traffic, SEO, conversion, and affiliate performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Voluum.
• Identify underperforming geos and propose traffic redistribution or new brand onboarding.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales, site managers, SEO, content, and product teams to implement optimizations.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming, casino, or affiliate marketing with knowledge of tier-1 to tier-3 geos.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking and SEO tools such as Voluum, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.
• Experience with conversion optimization, A/B testing, and UX/CRO best practices.
• Understanding of casino platforms, payment methods, KYC, and geo restrictions.
• Strong attention to detail ensuring accurate listings, localization, and compliance.
• Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
