What you will do

• Independently solve problems and deliver high-quality backend solutions with strong ownership
• Collaborate with product managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement features
• Design and architect new features with engineering and design partners
• Validate customer needs and ship rapid MVPs with an experimentation mindset
• Ensure code quality, performance, reliability, and security at scale
• Monitor and resolve production issues for owned services

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from San Francisco, Denver, or Santiago hubs with office presence 2-3 days per week
• 5+ years software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Experience developing RESTful APIs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Strong ownership from design through production release
