What you will do

• Find new contacts and close deals to purchase project tokens
• Develop business strategy, go-to-market plans, pricing, and commercial offers
• Manage investor relations and seek partnerships with Layer1s and DeFi protocols
• Improve cryptoeconomic model and coordinate with funds and stakeholders
• Manage inputs from various stakeholders and improve key business assets
• Be mobile, responsive, and handle diverse tasks proactively

Requirements

• Must have perfect English proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in tech business development, with minimum 3 years in crypto, AI, fintech, gaming, gambling, or forex startups
• Proven ability to close deals with investors and paying customers
• Experience working in early-stage or growth-stage startups, not outsourcing
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a non-corporate environment
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot and GPT for CRM purposes
