TL;DR

Frontend Software Engineer (Fintech): Develop and deliver high-quality, maintainable front-end features for hirify.global products with an accent on scalable SPA development using React and modern JavaScript technologies. Focus on solving complex architectural and performance challenges, improving testing practices, and collaborating closely with UX/UI designers.

Location: Onsite in Limassol, Cyprus with full relocation support

What you will do

  • Deliver core product features meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Write clean, secure, efficient code with thorough testing and debugging.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high code quality and documentation standards.
  • Tackle complex architectural and performance problems.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and contribute to performance optimizations.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve usability.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be onsite in Limassol, Cyprus or willing to relocate with full support
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years professional experience, preferably in financial or market-based software.
  • Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), React, TypeScript, CSS, and build/test tools.
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and technical improvement.

Hiring process
