What you will do

• Manage ESP systems, including templates, automation workflows, endpoints, and testing tools.
• Build and maintain dynamic, personalized email templates, supporting conditional content.
• Conduct QA to ensure emails render correctly across devices and clients.
• Ensure email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam checks).
• Collaborate with marketing to implement campaigns and keep a consistent branded look.
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS and responsive design skills.
• Experience with ESPs, template management, automation, and API integration.
• Knowledge of email deliverability standards and testing tools.
• Comfortable working with multi-language and multi-regulation content in a fast-paced environment.
