What you will do

• Own end-to-end design of the hirify.global platform across web and mobile
• Translate complex accounting workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Create and evolve scalable component-based design systems using Figma
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship and iterate quickly
• Conduct user research to improve usability and user journeys
• Define and improve the design culture and product development speed

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in New York
• 6+ years experience designing complex SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong skills in Figma, UX thinking, interaction design, and visual detail
• Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic design decisions
• Bonus: experience in fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS design
