What you will do

• Own vision, execution, and quality of design for creation tools and page builder ecosystem
• Drive end-to-end design from discovery to polished UI with strong visual craft
• Evolve and extend design systems with reusable patterns and component variants
• Create intuitive workflows and clear interfaces for marketers and enterprise users
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and customer teams
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to guide design decisions and usability testing

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in New York City
• 7+ years of product or visual/UI design experience with a strong track record
• Advanced expertise in Figma including components, variants, and prototyping
• Experience designing polished consumer-facing products and builder-style interfaces
• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

• Experience with visual creation products, editors, or structured content models
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and experimentation tools
• Experience contributing to or owning large-scale design systems
