What you will do
- Directly influence the evolution of products in an agile environment.
- Design and integrate HTTP APIs with suppliers (airlines etc).
- Aggregate and manage data import/export processes.
- Fix assigned bugs in a timely fashion.
- Complete assigned enhancements/project work in a timely fashion.
- Ensure code review and static code quality analysis standards are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years professional Java development experience.
- Demonstrable experience writing Java in a business, academic, or open-source environment, ideally with HTTP APIs.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with CI/CD (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins).
- Comfortable working in a Linux shell environment.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to commute to Bristol, UK (BS1 area) on a hybrid working basis.
