TL;DR

hirify.global is a software company specializing in enterprise Service Management solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.

What you will do

  • Lead project teams to design, architect, and deploy complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Own solution architecture for multi-module programs and coordinate technical resources.
  • Lead integration design using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
  • Conduct client workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical escalation support and thought leadership internally and to clients.
  • Participate in presales as a subject matter expert and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work remotely from Gurugram, Haryana, India.
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years in architecture and development.
  • Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SecOps, IRM, or HRSD.
  • Strong development skills with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist required.

Nice to have

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a significant bonus.
