Product Operations Associate (Remote): Supporting commercial teams to optimize platform usage with an accent on communication, documentation, and workflow alignment. Focus on preparing reports, educating stakeholders, and maintaining product pipeline clarity.

What you will do

Prepare reports on bugs/issues reported, escalated, and solved.
Communicate, educate, and document new releases for internal stakeholders.
Generate documents and tutorials on platforms to support adoption.
Maintain clarity around the product pipeline and help surface blockers early.
Support the development of workflows and ensure alignment across teams.

Requirements

Experience with commercial/business development products.
Background in continuous improvement/operations.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Advanced level of English.

Nice to have

Experience with data reporting and performance tracking.
Project management experience.
Previous work with Business Development/Commercial planning.
