What you will do

• Deliver high-speed, high-quality design output across marketing, product, brand, motion graphics, and physical brand experiences
• Define and evolve the design system and brand identity across all touchpoints
• Manage and direct freelance designers to maintain output and consistency
• Bridge design strategy and execution from brand storytelling to pixel-perfect delivery
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years professional design experience in agency or startup environments
• Strong portfolio across digital, brand, motion/animation, and marketing design
• Deep mastery of Figma and related tools (Adobe Suite, After Effects, Blender/Cinema4D)
• Ability to deliver at high speed without compromising quality
• English proficiency at least B2; remote work overlapping US EST timezone
• Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance to New York after 2 years
