What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for a product squad including discovery, user flows, prototypes, UI, and engineer handoff.
• Design efficient and intuitive flows for employees and finance teams with real-time guardrails and intelligent insights.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and designers to define problems and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes using Figma or code to validate solutions.
• Contribute to the design system ensuring consistency across web and mobile.
• Support or run user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Belgium or able to work hybrid with presence in Mechelen one day per week
• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Designer with B2B SaaS or complex transactional products.
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft demonstrated in portfolio.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Good understanding of front-end principles (HTML/CSS) and willingness to work with code or prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
