What you will do

• Work at the intersection of Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, Strategy, and Product Management.
• Resolve customer escalations related to cybersecurity models.
• Gather requirements from assessments stakeholders to showcase hirify.global as the best cybersecurity platform.
• Evaluate posture against current and new threats; identify, define, and prioritize threat research models and engineering.
• Evaluate existing operational models and prioritize improvements.
• Utilize product sense for necessary tradeoffs to establish and reach NorthStar metrics, focusing on holistic company outcomes and customer value.

Requirements

• MS or equivalent preferred plus 12+ years working in product management.
• Expertise in product management, cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and ML Ops.
• Effective communication and planning skills to build consensus within a large team.
• Strong product sense and execution skills.
• Experience building resilient and robust systems.
• Experience in the threat landscape.

• Experience with productionizing machine learning models.
• Experience with productionizing cybersecurity solutions.
• Experience with third-party security assessments.
• PhD in computer science or similar discipline.
