What you will do

• Conduct data and trend analysis to identify pricing opportunities.
• Partner with regional management to tailor pricing strategies.
• Develop and deliver training modules for pricing negotiations.
• Monitor pricing negotiation KPIs and provide insights.
• Collaborate with the Pricing Strategy team for compliance and pricing decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum ten years’ experience in fixed income markets.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts.
• Highly proficient with MS Office.
