What you will do

• Design and implement talent acquisition strategies supporting growth and business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams for workforce and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes using technology and data analytics.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to position hirify.global as an employer of choice.
• Manage hiring forecasting, budget alignment, and inclusive recruitment initiatives.
• Serve as a role model and change agent within the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Porto, Portugal.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• 6-7+ years of recruitment experience including agency and in-house roles.
• Proven experience managing talent acquisition teams and large-scale recruitment projects.
• Experience with ATS and hiring systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix organization and manage diverse partners.
