What you will do

• Lead and develop the People Partnering team, ensuring alignment with local and divisional strategies.
• Support strategy definition and governance models for effective team operation and scalability.
• Drive consistency and standards across People Business Partnering teams across locations.
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Centers of Excellence and business leaders.
• Lead key people initiatives and contribute to local and divisional people plans.
• Use data-driven insights to support decisions enhancing business and employee experience.

Requirements
