Scrum Master

TL;DR

Location: Hybrid, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Candidates must be authorized to work in Bulgaria on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Coordinate two development teams towards successful delivery of product requirements.
• Collaborate actively with Delivery Managers and Product Managers to ensure clarity and manage expectations.
• Build and automate delivery reports for product management and roadmap planning.
• Identify and lead risks, impediments, or challenges impacting product delivery.
• Develop and facilitate team Scrum ceremonies, including retrospective sessions and daily stand-ups.
• Manage sprints and apply the company's product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master for one or more development teams.
• Authority in JIRA and Atlassian products.
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other leading Agile certification required.
• Understanding patterns and techniques for addressing intentional gaps within the Scrum approach.
• Bachelor's degree level or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communicator, able to grasp abstract concepts and be diligent about applying methodology.
