What you will do

• Act as a servant-leader for Scrum teams to ensure the proper application of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact the team's progress.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve self-organization and overall performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
• Support and coordinate the workflow of 2–3 development teams.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for effective communication in an international environment.
