What you will do

• Creating and optimizing welcome/onboarding email sequences.
• Creating and planning A/B testing for email sequences.
• Creating engaging content (written and visual).
• Performing analysis of the content and driving changes based on the results.
• Driving various onboarding projects & programs directed at improving the Client's onboarding journey.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing and Product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lifecycle or email marketing and project management.
• Hands-on experience with Intercom or similar communication tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
