What you will do

• Plan and support events ranging from 300+ person internal/external events to small team meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet event technology needs
• Perform daily checks and maintenance of conference rooms and presentation spaces
• Operate a wide range of AV production equipment and produce internal videos
• Troubleshoot AV and network-related issues affecting event setups
• Maintain detailed technical documentation and train end users

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco with hybrid office schedule
• 5+ years experience in corporate live events or AV support
• Proficiency with event production and conferencing technology
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexible schedule to support occasional night/weekend events and travel
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
