What you will do

• Work with clients to identify and understand benefit plan requirements and build pharmacy benefit plans.
• Maintain benefit configuration and monitor plan data integrity for assigned accounts.
• Support process improvement efforts and maintain prior authorizations and step therapy rules.
• Collaborate with clinical, member support, and customer success teams to update formularies and resolve benefit inquiries.
• Provide troubleshooting support for claims adjudication and support new client implementations including testing and auditing.
• Communicate project status and escalate issues to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in specified US states
• 4+ years of experience in payer/claims and benefit configuration.
• Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills for meetings and correspondence.
• Self-starter mentality with problem-solving and execution focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment.
