• Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• Deep understanding of ITIL best practices.
• Strong analytical skills for process optimization.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
