What you will do
- Lead and support the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze service delivery processes.
- Translate business needs into technical designs.
- Configure and customize the platform to meet client requirements.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and ITIL trends.
- Participate in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Deep understanding of ITIL best practices.
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
