What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, message-driven backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Write clean, well-tested code deployed in event-driven microservices architecture
• Optimize system reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate with third-party vendors
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and conversational development within the team

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model based in Barcelona, Spain
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot frameworks
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as Postgres and MongoDB
• Experience with REST API design and performance optimization
• Familiarity with event-driven microservices and message-oriented middleware like Apache Kafka
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes
