What you will do

• Lead and manage the commercial project management team aligned with business priorities and strategic goals.
• Drive delivery of large-scale strategic projects and programs globally on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Establish and enforce standardized project management frameworks and best practices.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project or program management experience with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for the gambling industry and results-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or related field.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder commercial projects.
