Location: Must be based in Yerevan, Armenia (Onsite)

What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution and timelines.
• Track time and efforts while providing regular status reports.
• Coordinate team activities and perform project risk management.
• Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in managing teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and OKRs.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) spoken and written required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare.
• Experience with Data tools: ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis.
• Knowledge of Messaging/Queues: Kafka, NATS, BullMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD & Monitoring: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• PMP, PSM, or equivalent certifications.
