What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary marketing team ensuring operational excellence and collaboration.
• Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows, campaign tracking, and analytics.
• Oversee digital channel campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Optimize website conversion rates through continuous testing and data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate event marketing activities to maximize brand presence and ROI.
• Partner with sales, product, and communications teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be onsite in Gilching, Bayern, Germany.
• 5+ years experience in B2B or B2G marketing, preferably in high-tech or aerospace/defence.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional marketing teams and complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot).
• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.
