What you will do
- Provide first-class technical support for partners and customers in your region
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products and solutions
- Test and validate solutions in collaboration with the technical team
- Support partners with training and guidance on systems
- Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong enthusiasm for technical problems and how to solve them
- Excellent English (daily communication with partners)
- Genuine interest in technology and smart home/building automation
- Willingness to work from our Prague or České Budějovice office
- Technical background or education (electronics, IT, automation) is a plus
