What you will do

• Provide technical consulting on current projects involving VoIP and network equipment.
• Conduct testing, demonstrations, and build pilot projects for partners and customers.
• Create and justify technical specifications based on customer requirements.
• Train partners and customers on product usage and solutions.
• Assist in installing sold equipment and support certification processes.
• Analyze competitive equipment capabilities and manage RMA processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Kazakhstan
• Higher technical education and 3+ years of experience in IT, specifically in IP telephony and network solutions.
• Understanding of local network topology and VoIP technologies.
• Experience with installation of switches, IP phones, IP PBX, FXO/FXS gateways, Wi-Fi, and conferencing systems.
• Experience with VoIP equipment from manufacturers such as Grandstream, Yealink, Cisco, Siemens, Panasonic, Yeastar, Fanvil, Dinstar, Ubiquiti.
