• Collaborate with Customer Success to manage client onboarding and full-firm adoption.

• Deliver product demos and training to showcase platform capabilities.
• Document best practices and develop scalable playbooks for global growth.
• Guide clients through AI-driven changes in legal operations and practice areas.

Requirements

• Background in law with experience at top-tier law firms or in-house legal teams.
• Tech-curious and product-savvy, comfortable with AI and technology discussions.
• Strong communication skills bridging legal and engineering stakeholders.
