SOX Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage all phases of SOX processes including planning, implementation, coordination, and oversight.
• Lead walkthroughs, identify and validate key controls, develop test procedures, and report results.
• Update process documentation such as flowcharts, narratives, and risk and controls matrix.
• Identify and assess control deficiencies and follow up on corrective actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal controls and support business leaders and control owners.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely SOX testing and project completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in a similar role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent English proficiency
• Experience with SOX compliance, technical accounting, and financial concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Big 4 or consulting background preferred.
• Self-starter with leadership and influence capabilities.
