What you will do

• Develop and execute long-term vision, strategy, and product roadmap for Player Account Management system.
• Drive ideation, evaluation, prioritization, and specification of new PAM features balancing player needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users, providing updates on performance and trends.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and implement fraud detection and prevention measures.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers on intuitive player interfaces, conduct user testing, and gather feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in iGaming, with strong focus on PAM systems.
• Proven track record launching and managing player-facing products in online gaming.
• Deep understanding of player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies in iGaming.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into product improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in key iGaming markets.
